Jivan Electronics builds printed circuit boards and PCB-based components to spec — from bare board fabrication to assembled, tested units ready for your line.
From single-sided boards for simple control circuits to multilayer assemblies for dense electronics — every job runs through the same fabrication and QC line.
Rigid FR-4 boards for consumer electronics, appliances, and control panels — routed, drilled, and finished in-house.
4 to 12-layer boards with controlled impedance for denser, higher-speed designs — laminated and press-fit to spec.
Component placement and reflow soldering for both SMT and through-hole parts, with AOI inspection on every panel.
Board-to-board and board-to-wire connectors, headers, and wiring harnesses built to match your board layout.
Polyimide flex circuits and rigid-flex hybrids for compact assemblies where space and bend cycles matter.
Low-volume prototype runs with fast turnaround, so you can validate a design before committing to production.
Every board passes through the same stack — literally. Here's what happens at each layer of the process.
Your gerbers and BOM are checked for manufacturability before anything goes to the line — flagging trace widths, clearances, or drill sizes that need adjustment.
Copper-clad laminate is etched to your circuit pattern, then layers are pressed and bonded under heat for multilayer boards.
Vias and holes are drilled and through-plated to connect layers, forming the electrical paths between copper planes.
Solder mask is applied to protect copper traces, followed by silkscreen printing for component labels and reference marks.
Boards receive HASL, ENIG, or OSP finish on exposed pads, depending on your assembly and shelf-life requirements.
Every board is electrically tested for continuity and shorts, with AOI inspection on assembled units before packing.
